The BCLSS held its annual conference for 2009 on June 12th - 14th at the Watch Lake Community Hall located near Green and Watch Lakes in the beautiful Cariboo/Thompson-Nicola regions.  The event was co-hosted by the Green Lake Area Ratepayer's Association.  This year's theme, "Interface 2009: Linking Land to Water on the Bonaparte Plateau"  dealt with the interface between lakeshore environments and the many land uses that surround and impact lakes.
